C++ Google Drive: Update a Comment

Updates (modifies) a particular comment on a file. This example updates the comment (id="AAAABg7tSGw") from the file having id = "0B5drHSd5ZHwgc3RhcnRlcl9maWxlX2Rhc2hlclYw".
